How are the number of conversations calculated?
A conversation is counted only after the Neocom conversation engine presents matched products to the user, which is approximately after 3 to 5 questions depending on the playbook category. We charge you only when we give value to your customers – simple and fair!
What happens if conversations exceed my plan limit?
If you exceed your plan limit, our customer success team will contact you with the information about the next suitable upgrades to your plan. But until we speak to you, we assure you of an uninterrupted service.
What happens if I want to cancel a plan?
